Medina County Parks Director Nate Eppink as the guest speaker on April 27. Nate will bring everyone up to date on the work being done at the former amusement park. NOPEC Virtual Meetings -- Electric Aggregation

Last year, for cost savings on electricity rates, there was an unusual move of NOPEC Customers to Ohio Edison/First Energy. Recent Akron Beacon Journal articles imply the Ohio Ed/First Energy rates will be doubling in the June time period and customers will need to make critical decisions to keep the electricity charges as low as possible.
“Opt Out” It is important that residents who do not wish to participate in the NOPEC Electric Aggregation programs…. must “Opt Out”. Residents will receive letters from NOPEC
There are 3 virtual meetings scheduled by NOPEC to clarify new Electric Aggregation issues that will be coming up in the near future.
