Meeting called to order at 736pm, recorder on.
100609 Minutes – Motion by Vereb, 2nd by Schmitz to approve the minutes as presented, vote taken, all in favor, motion carries.
New Business
Andrews – prior to the beginning of the meeting, Andrews was presenting plans and asking about procedure for addition to his home on Clovercliff that would require variance due to closeness to property line. Locher explained procedures and location of necessary documents.
Vidra – Shorefield – discussing plans to build home and inquiring whether or not a variance was required for steps to front stoop that would go into the 20’ required setback. Plans presented, discussion had. Advised he would need a variance to encroach the steps from the front stoop into the 20’ setback requirement. Vidra also advised that he will remove 4 large Maple trees from the property as soon as a dead line is removed by power company. He then wants to chop and store wood, inquired as to requirements, so advised. He asked if he could build a temporary structure to cover the wood until the home is build and permanent placement is decided upon. He was advised there was no problem so long as the temporary structure did not become permanent.
37 Circle Crest – Locher advised that the shed is too close to the property line (1’ off), he has spoken to the homeowner who will move it this weekend back to 2’ from the property line.
Old Business
Wolfe – retaining walls removed.
Kuric – dumpster on Lake Rd. – Council to have public hearing and final reading/vote on dumpster ordinance at next meeting. Some time thereafter the ordinance will take effect and Locher can act upon.
Towing company for junk vehicles – Dodaro and Locher advise that we will not tow – Sheriff dept. not willing to go onto property. We will continue to cite residents for violations.
Reames – deck on garage roof – nothing further.
Northvale – boulders – Locher took photos and boulders appear to be in same condition as requested by Zoning 2 years ago. Homeowners did what was requested by Zoning at that time.
117 CloverCliff – Dodaro inquires about possible multiple parking in the driveway of this vacant home. Andrews states a number of people have parked there, himself included. Dodaro states she believes this may be a property Naragon had questioned and received complaints about. Locher to check out.
Andrews also states the property next to Alvey has multiple vehicles in the driveway, Easterday has handled this situation. Andrews states he has complained about others on the street but all appear cleaned up now. Locher & Deputy Easterday will check out the street situation.
Motion by Vereb, 2nd by Schmitz to adjourn the meeting, vote taken, all in favor, motion carries, meeting adjourned at803pm.

Northvale (048-28A-01-042 & 043) – High Grass – Called owners, Bill & Florence Burke (887-5181) on 08/04/09 to mow by 08/09/09. Property has been mowed.
214 Rustic Rook – Siding incomplete. Letter sent, has until 08/23/09 to complete. Siding is complete.
151 Heather Hedge Dr – Shed too close to property line & house – Had until 08/13/09 to remove. Shed was removed.
244 Clover Cliff Dr – Permit 09-001. 2nd floor of house complies with permit.
108 Bass Bay Blvd – Permit 09-002. Addition to rear of house complies with permit.
129 Beachside – Permit 09-007. Deck complies with variance & permit.
111 Briarwood Blvd. – Spoke to Mr. Fetherolf. He is doing landscaping and adding brick on the sides of his driveway as a border a few inches higher than the pavement. They will not go into street right-of-way.
140 Brookshore Dr – High Grass. Grass was mowed when I checked it.
187 Northvale Dr. – Not a good address.

212 Shadow Shore – Truck on grass. Police matter.
29 Circle Crest Dr. – Truck on grass and vehicle parts. Police matter for truck on grass & vehicle parts are in back of truck which is continuously moved on & off property.
239 Circle Crest Dr. – High Grass. Letter posted on door on 08/25/09 & sent to owner on 08/26/09. Grass has been cut.
109 Clover Cliff Dr – Wood on ground. Letter given to owner. Has until 09/14/09 to fix. Wood stumps are all raised off ground.
37 Circle Crest Dr. – Refrigerator in driveway & trash in front of house & vehicle parts (tires). Has until 09/02/09 for refrigerator and trash. Goes to council for vehicle parts. Refrigerator, trash, & vehicle parts are all removed.
121 Clover Cliff Dr. – Trash in front of garage & junk vehicles. Letter given to Mr. Morrison. Has until 09/02/09 to remove trash. Goes to council for junk vehicles. Two vehicles have been removed. Trash removed. Building supplies under tarp in front of garage is all that is left.
60 Willow Wood Dr – Vehicles on grass. Police matter. Trash - Unable to locate trash violation.
279 Park Lake – Junk vehicle & wood on ground & parking pad. Junk vehicle goes to council. Wood is on pallet. Parking pad letter given to mother of owner along with junk vehicle warning. Junk vehicle has been removed. Grass still growing where former parking pad was located (Police cite for parking in grass now?).
347 Briarwood Blvd. – Trash & High grass. Vacant house, letter posted. Grass was cut, trash is still there. Has until 09/02/09 to remove trash. Grass was cut by homeowner or bank. Bill Zwifel was contacted to remove trash from in front of garage & house. He removed it and will bill the Village.
182 Brook shore Dr. – Portable garage/car canopy. Letter given to owner. Has until 09/14/09 to remove. Warning letter was incorrect. Homeowner only had to move portable garage back and away from house to comply with zoning. Portable garage has been moved and now complies.
123 Bass Bay Blvd. – Letter served on 08/25/09. Has until 10/06/09 to seed property. Mr. Londrico advised he has done some landscaping already, but he will forward the warning letter to Atty. Courtney. Appears Mr. Londrico has seeded his yard.
100 Briarwood Blvd. – Wood on ground and junk. Letters given to owner’s adult daughter at 155 Brookshore Dr. for wood & vehicle parts (tires). Has until 09/14/09 for wood. Goes to council for vehicle parts. Woods has been raised off ground & vehicle parts/tired have been removed.
162 Brookshore Dr. – Complaint about burning trash. Spoke to renter reference complaint about burning trash. He advised that he was burning cardboard when they were roasting marshmallows and that he was not burning any type of trash.
523 Lee Lore Ln. – Refrigerator, chest freezer, & trash in back yard. Appliances have been removed.

54 Willow Wood Dr. – Wood on property. Wood has been stacked properly.
90 Clover Cliff Dr – Junk vehicle letter issued to appear at council meeting on 11/09/09 for junk vehicle. Vehicle was removed on 11/19/09
444 Northvale Dr – Junk vehicle and tires still not removed after date given to remove by. Homeowner issued a citation by Deputy Easterday for junk vehicle and car parts on 10/06/09.
125 Rock Ridge – Vehicle with expired tag issued letter to appear at council meeting on 11/09/09. Vehicle was removed before 11/11/09
236 Circle Crest Dr – Junk vehicle letter issued to appear at council meeting on 11/09/09 for junk vehicle. Vehicle was removed before 11/18/09.
37 Circle Crest Dr – Received complaint ref shed built in back yard too close to rear property line. Shed was too close. Homeowner moved shed 2 feet from property before 11/11/09.
239 Heather Hedge – Received complaint ref new fence constructed without permit and too close to roadway. Homeowner advised fence has been there many years and he just painted it in the last couple weeks. I checked satellite photos and the fence was there since at least 2002.
252 Bungalow Bay – Received complaint ref addition to house without permit. Homeowner applied for late permit for addition to house and replacing parts of deck. Permit was issued on 11/16/09.
Still Pending as of December 01, 2009
273 Rustic Rook Rd – Attempting to cite homeowner for junk vehicle he moved to neighbors property. Owner is a truck driver and is only home approx one day per week. Deputy Easterday and I have been monitoring the residence for the homeowner presence.
258 Rustic Rook Rd - Junk vehicle letter posted on door to appear at council meeting on 11/09/09 for junk vehicle. I attempted to make contact with occupants at the residence. No one will answer the door. On 11/30/09 Village Clerk received 7-day warning letter I sent on 11/12/09 after council meeting, still sealed. Stated homeowner does not reside at that address and no forwarding address. Waiting for response from law director if to go ahead and cite or take other action.
